- 1 cup of cooked quinoa cooked in chicken broth
- 2 chicken breast small cubes
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small onion
- 1 stack of celery
- Salt and pepper
- Za atar seasoning
- garlic salt
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 cups of mixed greens
- 1 cup of hummus
- sirachia hot sauce
Cook quinoa in chicken broth until fork fluffy.
in a pan with a little oil saute onion, carrots, celery and garlic until they sweat.
Add cubed chicken and za atar, salt and pepper, garlic salt, smoked paprika and lemon juice. Cook until chicken is fully cook.
In a bowl add 1/2 cup of quinoa, top with mixed greens, meat and veg mixture, hummus and hot sauce. Serve and enjoy
