Ingredients

  • 3 cups flat leaf parsley chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together all ingredients. Set in fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
