Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft white winter wheat
  • 1 cup millet
  • 1 cup oat grouts
  • 1 cup pearled barley
  • 1 cup teff
  • 1 cup roasted Buckwheat
  • 1 cup kamut
  • 1 cup bugler Wheat
  • 1 cup amaranth
  • 1 cup spelt

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a air tight container.
  • To prepare cereal bring 3 1/2 cups of water to a boil and pour 1 cup of cereal. Bring back up to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, until it becomes a porridge like consistency stirring occasionally. Serve with Nuts, fruit or another favorite topping.
