Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté onions, carrots, and celery for about two to three minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, and coriander.
Add tomato paste and sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then add peas and corn.
Mash Instructions
Boil cauliflower until soft.
drain and layout on a towel to dry off.
In a bowl mash cauliflower until well incorporated. Add melted butter, sour cream, and salt. Mix well until you get desired consistency.
Cottage Pie Instructions
In a baking dish add meat filling to the bottom and top with cauliflower mash. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees oven for about 25-35 minutes or until dish is bubbling and top is browned up. Serve and enjoy.
