In a pot add rice and water and bring to a boil. Once boiling lower heat to about low and let cook for 20 minutes. When rice is cooked put in fridge and let cool for 2 to 24 hours.
When rice is cold heat up skillet on high heat and add butter and frozen vegetables. When vegetables are heated though push to the side and add a bit more butter and scramble two eggs. Mix eggs and vegetables together.
Add ginger and garlic and stir for two minutes. Add rice, white pepper, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce to vegetables and cook until well incorporated. Serve and enjoy!
