Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice uncooked
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup frozen mix vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp ginger minced
  • 1 Tbsp garlic minced
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  • In a pot add rice and water and bring to a boil. Once boiling lower heat to about low and let cook for 20 minutes. When rice is cooked put in fridge and let cool for 2 to 24 hours.
  • When rice is cold heat up skillet on high heat and add butter and frozen vegetables. When vegetables are heated though push to the side and add a bit more butter and scramble two eggs. Mix eggs and vegetables together.
  • Add ginger and garlic and stir for two minutes. Add rice, white pepper, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce to vegetables and cook until well incorporated. Serve and enjoy!
