Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ omit for gluten free
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pecan pieces
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground Cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup dried fruit raisins, cherries, mangoes, apricots, cranberries, dates to name a few

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together well.
  • Store in an airtight container. (Lasts 2 months stored at room temperature.)
  • Serve with nut milk and fresh fruit.
